If the ceremony and reception share a room, tell us the venue's timeline. We confirm whether a flip is possible and include the crew time in your written quote, along with setup, removal and any access limits.

How wedding décor is planned
- Venue and guest countYour date, venue, guest count and table plan, plus any photos or colours you love.
- Design and written scopeEvery piece listed with sizes, flowers, the installation window, the removal time and the total price.
- ApprovalA 50% deposit reserves your date. The balance is due 7 days before the wedding.
- Installation and removalWe install before guests arrive and remove everything at the time agreed with your venue.

What does Elevated Events offer for weddings?
Ceremony arches and aisle florals, sweetheart and head tables, centrepieces, floral walls and backdrops, and balloon garlands, with setup and removal on the day.
Can you flip the room between the ceremony and reception?
Tell us the venue's timeline. We confirm whether a flip is possible and include the crew time in your written quote.
Fresh, faux or a mix?
All three. Faux works where venues restrict fresh flowers or pieces need to last; we confirm the mix with the design. Fresh stems may be substituted with similar varieties of equal value when one is unavailable.
How far ahead should I book?
Seasonal packages have published deadlines on each seasonal page. For everything else, share your event date and location and we'll confirm whether the design and installation can be accommodated.
Which areas do you serve?
Toronto and the whole GTA, including Etobicoke, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham and Oakville. Standard pricing covers about 15 km from Etobicoke; farther locations are quoted before payment.
How do I get a price?
Seasonal packages and gifts show their prices. For custom work, build a project brief on this page or start an enquiry; we send a written price before you commit.
