Questions

When do you set up and take down?

We set up and install on December 31 before your guests arrive, and take everything down the same day once your event ends. Balloon drops are rigged in the afternoon after a venue check.

Can we choose colours?

Black, gold, ivory and chrome are standard. Other colours are available for custom designs approved by December 22, 5 pm.

Can I book after December 28?

Requests from December 29 to 31 are reviewed by phone and may include a rush fee.
