What we collect
When you send an enquiry, order request or call request, we collect what you type into the form: your name, contact details, event date, location and the details of your event. If you build a preliminary estimate, what you type stays in your browser unless you add it to an enquiry.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, prepare quotes, plan and deliver your order, take payment and keep business and tax records. We do not sell your information. We only send marketing emails or texts if you have agreed to receive them, and every message lets you opt out.
Who helps us
- Our website host processes form submissions and delivers them to our inbox.
- If we switch on an AI assistant in the estimate tool, messages you send it are processed by our AI provider to generate replies. Please do not include payment details or sensitive personal information.
- Payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Email and calendar providers store our correspondence and appointments.
Photos
We photograph our installations for our portfolio. We only publish photos of people, private homes or recipients with permission.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax and accounting requirements, then delete them.
