Questions

Can you install outdoors?

Yes, in sheltered spots. Wind, rain and direct sun shorten balloon life, so we confirm placement and anchoring with you before booking.

When is everything taken down?

Installed packages include daytime removal after Halloween on a date we agree with you. Gifts and porch pairs stay with you.

Can you add our logo or colours?

Yes. Logo applications and custom colours need approval by October 22, 5 pm.

How do I book?

Request your date. We confirm availability, access and a written price. A 50% deposit reserves the date and the balance is due 7 days before installation.
