From brief to installation

One team designs, builds, installs and removes every piece. You see the scope, sizes and total price in writing before anything is booked.

  1. The briefDate, venue or postal code, guest count and what the space needs to do. Photos and brand files help.
  2. Design and written scopeWe send the design with sizes, materials, the installation window, the removal date and the total price.
  3. ApprovalAccepting the quote and a 50% deposit reserves the date. The balance is due 7 days before installation.
  4. Installation and removalOur team installs before guests arrive and removes everything on the agreed date.

Where do you work?

We're based in Etobicoke and serve Toronto and the GTA. Send the event postal code so we can confirm the delivery zone and any travel costs.

Is setup and removal included?

Installed packages include their stated setup and removal. Timing is confirmed in your written quote. Gifts and drops don't include a return visit.

What affects the price?

The size of the display, materials, design detail, travel, access, installation time and removal. We confirm the full scope and price before you commit.

How far ahead should I book?

Seasonal packages have published deadlines on each seasonal page. For everything else, share your event date and location and we'll confirm whether the design and installation can be accommodated.
